<title>Quinnipiac's Deborah Lavigne Shows Us How to Sprout Happiness with Garden Herbs</title>
      <link>https://www.qu.edu/today/virtual-quad-events.html</link>
<description>In the first episode of The Virtual Quadcast, Deborah Lavinge teaches us all about herbs -- how to plant them, care for them, use them in teas and tinctures, and of course, how best to eat them. Lavigne is the director of fitness, leisure and wellness at Quinnipiac University. The audio was recorded during a Zoom call, so please don't dwell on the sound quality and focus on the content! It's really cool.
