Bregman was born in Munich, Germany, to American musical arranger, record producer and composer Buddy Bregman and Canadian-born actress Suzanne Lloyd. She lived in Great Britain until the age of 10 when her family relocated to California. She has been acting since she was 11 years old, and currently resides in Malibu, California. She studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.

Bregman made her acting debut playing a small part in the 1978 made-for-television movie, Three on a Date. Later that year, she was cast in the NBC daytime soap opera, Days of Our Lives portraying troubled teen, Donna Temple Craig. In 1979, she received Young Artist Award for Best Juvenile Actress in A Daytime Series for her performance in soap. She left the soap in 1980. In 1981, she made her big screen debut starring in the slasher film Happy Birthday to Me. She later starred alongside Jill St. John in the prison drama film The Concrete Jungle (1982) and in the Canadian comedy-drama film, The Funny Farm (1983). On television, she guest-starred on The Littlest Hobo, The Love Boat, Fame, and The Fall Guy.

In 1983, Bregman returned to daytime television with the role of Lauren Fenmore in the CBS's The Young and the Restless. Bregman initially believed her role as Lauren would be brief, but after six months the soap offered her a contract and she accepted. When it was introduced in 1985, she was the first actress to be awarded the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series (then known as the "Outstanding Ingenue in a Drama Series"), being nominated for the same award again in 1987 and for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in both 2006 and 2008. In 1992, Bregman brought the character to The Bold and the Beautiful, resulting in her migrating there fully in 1995. In 2000, Bregman returned to The Young and the Restless, remaining on a recurring status. From April to June 2010, while still portraying Lauren, Bregman took on double-duty with The Young and the Restless, as she also portrayed Sheila Carter's sister, Sarah. Dr. Fred Moss arrived on Earth on March 1, 1958, and from that very second has been earmarked to be a healer.  The family he was born into was in chaos and, in many ways, was counting on his arrival to bring health and wellness back into balance.  Little Freddy had his hands full, and over the next six decades, he has made it his business to bring healing to the world around him, not only to his family and friends but to the community and world at large.  What a journey it has been.  

Dr. Fred has had a host of life experiences, including, among other things, being a 2-time college dropout and a Northwestern University Medical School graduate (1988).  Over the last four decades, Dr. Fred has been firmly entrenched in the mental health system, first as a child care worker and then as an internationally well-known psychiatrist.  In addition, Dr. Fred has had leadership roles in multiple modalities, including inpatient and outpatient, homeless shelters, nursing homes, orphanages, halfway houses, drug rehabilitation centers, home visits, prisons and jails, and telepsychiatry in many regions of the USA.  

Dr. Fred has been committed to the notion that communication, connection, creativity, and conversation are at the heart of all healing of all conditions of all types.  Without this, people simply do not heal.  With it, miracles regularly occur.  Voices heal.  Listening heals.  We humans are best when we are connected to others, and Dr. Fred’s life mission has now become to assure that all people know that who they are and what they do matters and that their voice, no matter where they are from, or where they are going, can be heard. 

As the founder of the Welcome to Humanity movement, and the True Voice Podcasting Mastermind and methodology, Dr. Fred now finds himself making the difference he came here to make.  His years in the community, where he has been a physician to over 40,000 patients, and his storied and adventurous life traveling around the world, has now left him uniquely qualified to remind us all of what we already know.  Communication is where love arises from, and speaking truth and listening authentically are the source of that love. 

Dr. Fred is married to his dream partner, Alexandra, and lives in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas in Northern California.  He is the proud father of two beautiful children in Texas and is owned collectively by his three cats, Valentino, Despacito, and Winston.

Diagnosed with scoliosis when she was 15, Joa suffered from debilitating chronic back pain for many years. She sought help from physiotherapists and chiropractors, took various painkillers for many years, and underwent several treatments, but nothing really worked.

Until she found fitness training—specifically Yoga and Pilates. After 10 years in fitness training, Joa noticed significant and lasting improvements in her posture and core strength. More importantly, she gained freedom from pain. In 2010 she became a Yoga and Pilates teacher.

Linda Van Kessler spends many hours working with children. This is the cause closest to her heart. Sertner began his show business career in the mailroom of Dick Clark Productions, later moving to  Orion Television, where he produced his first half hour comedy pilot for NBC. In 1988 Sertner  formed von Zerneck/Sertner Films, which rapidly grew to become one of the leading independent  suppliers of long-form entertainment in the world, with an international library of over 100 titles.

Today Linda is the CEO of Passion 4 Life Liquid Vitamins and Minerals (passion4lifevitamins.com) as well as the Executive Director of Passion 4 K.I.D.S. (Kids In Desperate Situations) non-profit charity (passion4kids.org), both of which she has started with her husband.

Linda Van Kessler spends many hours working with children. This is the cause closest to her heart. Because many of the children come from devastating, unstable home situations, the Van Kesslers develop long-term relationships with the children and reinforce to them that they will be a constant presence in their lives for many years to come which allows them to build a level of trust that the children can depend on. With a background in media and public relations, Linda organizes all Passion 4 K.I.D.S.’ events and works tirelessly with the media to gain attention for these children in need.

Linda is a Foster Youth Mentor for the County of San Diego as well as a tutor/mentor for foreign students at San Diego State University. She also served on the San Diego State University Parent Advisory Board. She also serves as a mentor for the Leap Foundation.

In 1980, Stella met Swedish film director, Gunnar Hellström while filming a cameo in Mark I Love You (CBS 2-hour movie of the week). Stella understudied Hellström on the production of Raskenstam (1983), a Svenska Filminstitutet film; this was her introduction to Swedish Cinema. She attributes her inspiration as a filmmaker to Sweden’s most accomplished director Ingmar Bergman, the auteur whose films gave way to Art House Cinema. Nicole’s passion for skin care began at the early age of five years old, when she would rummage through her mother’s vanity and attempt to read the ingredients on the labels. She would obsessively read chemicals out loud and became intrigued with how things work. Her senior year of high school was the first time Nicole made her first skin care mask – a combination of aloe vera and green tea – to treat and heal her own, newly developed cystic acne.

Her steadfast curiosity & enthusiasm led her to graduate and go on to work at a major pharmaceutical company where she reverse engineered brand name consumer medications. While she was intrigued by the work, Nicole was lacking that same passion she received when she worked with skin care.  

In an effort to be closer to what she loved, at 24 years old, Nicole went back to school to become a trained aesthetician. However, because of her background, she approached skin care differently – rather than just going through the standard steps, Nicole listened to each skin’s needs and found that when she gave the skin what it needed, it healed itself. When she transitioned to medical aesthetics, Nicole’s career catapulted to a new level. Her career took another turn, when a rep for the Pierre-Fabre brand, Glytone, encouraged her to move into the education side of skin care in order to inspire and share knowledge with other aestheticians and dermatologists. 

From there, she moved on to become the AVP of Global Education and Business Development at SkinCeuticals/L’Oreal. There, Nicole led and managed all international business development and education initiatives for the brand across 37 markets.  

Nicole attributes the creation of Amethyst to a dream she had. In 2013, Talor was wracked with intense, inexplicable pain and inflammation that was putting his health, his hope, and his family’s financial future in danger. 

He couldn’t type more than a couple sentences without feeling massive pain throughout his arms. Desperate for relief, or even an answer, he turned to multiple medical professionals, both mainstream and alternative, to no avail. He deteriorated to the point where he could no longer use a keyboard, and his anxiety about his ability to support his family escalated to panic. 

Finding Wisdom and Guidance in Unexpected Places

Talor refused to give up, and with his family’s unwavering encouragement, he eventually came to the all-important realization that INflammation comes from INside of you. He realized that he was going about this all wrong. He was looking for solutions outside himself (pain relief creams, braces, chiropractors, and pain relief devices) but this problem of inflammation was originating from the inside.

This realization was an epiphany, and as he started to change what he put in his body and mind, a new understanding came, and everything began to change.

Principal Art Director - Disney Parks Live Entertainment

Brad has been with the Walt Disney Company for the last two decades. As the Principal Art Director, he leads a team of 22 art directors and graphic designers who are responsible for the live entertainment at the Disneyland Resort. Stella Arroyave Hopkins is founder and CEO of Margam Films, LLC, an independent film company, based in Los Angeles. Stella is making her feature film directorial debut with Elyse (2019), which she produced and co-wrote.

Refusing to be restricted by story, Stella developed complex characters driven by compulsive obsessions, fears, thoughts and dreams. Influenced by Ingmar Bergman’s preferred cinematic quality of the use of close ups, she captured and magnified the painful horror of Elyse’s paralyzing mental illness. 

And next, in collaboration with Margam Films, Stella is developing a documentary based on the life of Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Prior to tethr, Addison founded and led his own conscious consulting company, AddiConnect, and has worked for and created a series of companies dedicated to creating meaningful content in a variety of mediums, including film and television. Addison also invented the S.P.E.E.D. test which provides companies and consumers transparency as it relates to sustainability, philanthropy, ethics, environment, and diversity. In memory of his brother, He also co-founded the Team Brother Bear Foundation which supports families caring for children with brain tumors. Today Linda is the CEO of Passion 4 Life Liquid Vitamins and Minerals (passion4lifevitamins.com) as well as the Executive Director of Passion 4 K.I.D.S. (Kids In Desperate Situations) non-profit charity (passion4kids.org), both of which she has started with her husband.

Linda Van Kessler spends many hours working with children. This is the cause closest to her heart. Having a profound love for children, she opens her heart and arms to countless children who need love, attention, a listening ear and someone just to talk to. Always quick to give a hug or encouraging word, Linda’s own son calls her “the Pied Piper” as wherever she goes, even on vacations in other countries, it isn’t long before she has a group of children following her around. She can often be seen holding 2 or more children per hand as they clamor to be included in the “love”. 

Linda and Charles are very hands on with the children they support. In an effort to bring fun and joy to their young, troubled lives, Linda and Charles take them on weekend outings bowling, to the park, to sporting events, restaurants, etc. They personally try to teach the children manners, ethics, morals and help them navigate the difficulties of life. Because many of the children come from devastating, unstable home situations, the Van Kesslers develop long-term relationships with the children and reinforce to them that they will be a constant presence in their lives for many years to come which allows them to build a level of trust that the children can depend on. With a background in media and public relations, Linda organizes all Passion 4 K.I.D.S.’ events and works tirelessly with the media to gain attention for these children in need.

Linda is a Foster Youth Mentor for the County of San Diego as well as a tutor/mentor for foreign students at San Diego State University. She also served on the San Diego State University Parent Advisory Board. She also serves as a mentor for the Leap Foundation.

Linda’s desire is to share with you how to set and reach a goal even when others say you can’t. She will also inspire you on how to make every day count for others by incorporating a cause you are passionate about into your daily life, business and school life while learning how to make the media an ally in your efforts.
