<title>You’re Not Ready for the Life You Want</title>
<description>How do you become successful in your 20s and more importantly, how do you become the person capable of staying there? Most people are taught to look at success like a finish line. Make the money. Build the business. Get in shape. Buy the house. Hit the goal.I think that’s completely backwards.A goal is not a level you achieve. It’s a level you learn to live at. In this video, I break down what I’ve learned about ambition, discipline, entrepreneurship, self-development, and building a life capable of handling bigger and bigger goals.Because hitting the goal is only the beginning.I’ve been in the best shape of my life and lost it. I’ve been a great leader for 29 days and let one bad night damage the other 29. And when Bloom had its first million-dollar day, I had the opportunity to celebrate the win or reinvest it and use that milestone as a stepping stone toward something much bigger. Those experiences taught me that **success only compounds when you stop sabotaging it.This video is about building discipline that lasts, eliminating self-sabotage, creating accountability, developing routines that support your goals, and becoming the person capable of sustaining the success you're chasing. There is no single day where you finally “arrive.”You are constantly becoming the person capable of qualifying for the next level. And eventually, if you keep stacking the right decisions long enough, you realize the finish line was never the money, the body, the title, or even the business. The real finish line is becoming a permanent player in a game most people never realize they were allowed to play.If you’re ambitious, building a business, chasing financial freedom, trying to become more disciplined, or figuring out what you should be doing with your 20s, this video is for you.Follow the Generational Run:https://www.instagram.com/greglav/00:00 You’ve Been Lied to About Success01:42 Can You Actually Handle Your Goals?03:40 Why Achieving the Goal Changes Nothing05:20 One Bad Day Can Ruin Everything06:00 The Difference Between Good and Great08:06 Your Reputation Is Built on Your Worst Moments09:21 The 5 Things I Change Every Year11:51 The Accountability Hack That Changed Me13:58 Why You Need a Ritual Routine15:57 The Real Finish Line of Successsuccess in your 20s, how to be successful in your 20s, self discipline, how to become disciplined, how to stop self sabotage, achieving goals, entrepreneurship in your 20s, success mindset, personal development, daily routine for success, accountability, financial freedom, young entrepreneur advice#GregLav #Entrepreneurship #Success #SelfDiscipline #PersonalDevelopment

      <title>Your parents can’t teach you this</title>
<description>Entrepreneurship has changed. The old playbook doesn’t work like it used to, and the next generation has an opportunity that didn’t exist even five years ago.I spent a few days in New York meeting founders, talking business, and getting around entrepreneurs building some of the fastest-growing brands in the country. We talked about what’s actually working in 2026: personal brands, influencer marketing, retail, speed over perfection, building the right team, and why your first idea probably won’t be your final destination. The biggest takeaway: you don’t need permission to start, and you’re not supposed to have it all figured out. Pick a playbook, take action, and evolve as you go.The arena is wide open. Your generation is officially in the game.Follow along on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/greglav00:00 The New Era of Entrepreneurship01:16 Speed Over Perfection02:59 Building With Alex Costa05:43 The Influencer Playbook07:22 You Just Have to Start09:53 The Next Generation Is Here10:32 The New Marketing Playbook11:53 Why Founder-Led Brands Win13:33 Your First Version Should Suck16:05 Pressure, Chaos and Growth21:15 The Road to 500 Million Cans Sold26:09 Taking on Monster and Red Bull

      <title>Become Unbreakable</title>
<description>Entrepreneurship doesn’t make you unbreakable. The pressure does.In this video, I share the lessons that built Bloom and the hard mistakes that nearly broke us: why comfort kills urgency, how to build a business that can survive a hit, why your work today may not pay off for 6–12 months, and when you need to stop asking for answers and become your own mentor. You don’t become unbreakable by avoiding hard seasons. You become unbreakable by facing them, learning from them, and building a stronger foundation every time.If you’re building a business, chasing a bigger life, or trying to become the person capable of handling your goals this one is for you.My name is Greg LaVecchia. I’m the CEO and co-founder of Bloom. My goal with this channel is to pass the baton to the next generation of entrepreneurs. If you’re building a business, changing careers, transforming your body, or simply trying to become the person your future requires, I hope this video gives you the push to start today. The people you admire didn’t wait for certainty. They started anyway. You’ve got six months. What’s your moonshot? My passion has never been chasing money. It’s building products that improve people’s lives and passing down everything I’ve learned to the next generation of entrepreneurs.Mission: Give people access to rooms they normally wouldn’t get into.Built Bloom from a bootstrapped digital fitness business with my wife Mari… reinvested everything until it became a global nutrition brand.Still learning. <title>$1B CEO: 8 rules I wish I knew in my 20s</title>
<description>Most people don’t have an ambition problem. They have a focus problem. They’re busy, constantly starting new things, chasing cheap dopamine, saying yes to everything, and wondering why nothing is compounding.A real generational run is built differently. It’s built by learning how to say no. Studying people who are already winning. Doing what you said you were going to do. Staying consistent long enough for your routines to compound. Chasing fulfillment instead of instant validation. And having the patience to stop restarting every six months. In this video, I’m breaking down some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the last decade of building Bloom and pursuing my own moonshot. We get into focus, discipline, consistency, productivity, routines, delayed gratification, learning from other entrepreneurs, and why so many ambitious people stay stuck even though they feel like they’re working all the time.If you’re in your 20s or 30s building a business, growing a brand, trying to become an entrepreneur, or simply trying to become more disciplined and productive, this is for you.The biggest lesson: your life is going to compound in the direction of what you repeatedly do. Make sure you’re consistent with the right things.Follow along here:https://www.instagram.com/greglav/This is business and life strategy for founders, entrepreneurs, brand builders, ecommerce operators, creators, and anyone chasing real long-term growth. We cover how to stay focused, build discipline, improve productivity, create better routines, avoid cheap dopamine, learn from successful entrepreneurs, stay consistent, and build something meaningful over a long enough period of time for it to compound. My name is Greg Lav. I’m the CEO and co-founder of Bloom. I’m making these videos to pass down the lessons I’ve had to learn the hard way so the next generation of entrepreneurs can be further ahead in their own ten-year journey.Subscribe if you’re on your own generational run.00:00 — Why your “moonshot” matters02:56 — Learn to say no05:53 — Learn from example08:44 — Don’t LARP someone’s life today. Study what got them there.10:00 — Do what you say you’re going to do11:35 — Consistency is key12:45 — You are the result of your routines16:39 — Chase real dopamine18:44 — Stop starting new things21:36 — Hard work still wins

      <title>What Sacrificing my 20s got me…</title>
<description>You do not need your entire life to change your entire life. You need one decade. One 10-year generational run where you stop negotiating with your potential, lock in, and become the person capable of building the life you actually want. For me, that decade was my 20s.It was not a straight line. For years, we looked like we had no idea what we were doing—because we didn’t. We were making embarrassing content, selling digital products, learning business through failure, and taking swings while almost everyone around us questioned the path. But we kept going. Now at 31, I’m in Greece with my wife, my best friend, our families, and the people I built Bloom with. Not because we got lucky, and not because the road was easy.It happened because we committed to the run. This video is about what becomes possible when you give one decade everything you have. It is about building discipline, staying in the arena, refusing to take your foot off the gas, and understanding that your 20s are not something to waste or sacrifice. They are something to invest. You may not know exactly how long it will take. You may not see results in year one, two, three, or four. But ten years of focused effort can change your life, your family, and every generation that comes after you.You only need one generational run.The question is whether you are willing to start yours.Travel Agency that made everything smooth - https://www.instagram.com/wagnerbespoke?igsh=NmUwOXMwdzhqbnhjCHAPTERS00:00 — You Only Need One Decade00:29 — The Life Built by the Run01:31 — Realizing What Is Possible02:12 — The Years Nobody Sees04:36 — Ten Years Can Change Everything05:26 — Building During the Run06:02 — Influence, Brand, and Long-Term Vision07:49 — Creating a Life You Can Sustain09:32 — Discipline Is Built, Not Given10:27 — Where Our Generational Run Started11:38 — Why People Stop After They Win12:47 — Staying Locked In After Success14:13 — Invest Your 20s15:29 — The Run Is Worth It

<title>The Raw Founder Conversations You Never See</title>
<description>I take you behind the scenes while we’re in LA building Bloom in real time. Visiting other founders like ⁨@George.Heaton⁩ the founder of REPRESENT and founders of @based breaking down what’s actually driving growth right now. I talk through how we scaled from a niche women’s fitness pre-workout into a national energy drink and soda platform, why speed to market beats perfect packaging, and how TikTok creators, Amazon strategy, and partnerships are fueling momentum. I also share how I think about choosing product categories, hiring people stronger than me, building stress tolerance through fitness, and why your environment matters more than you think as a founder. This is the real operating mindset behind how we built Bloom into a $100M+ wellness platform. My #1 passion is building brands that reimagine wellness. We started as a bootstrapped digital fitness business with my wife Mari… reinvested everything until it became a global nutrition brand.Built Bloom from direct-to-consumer online sales to major retail shelves nationwide (Target, Walmart, Costco + more).Bloom is on track to be valued for $ Billions. Mission: Give people access to rooms they normally wouldn’t get into. <title>$1B CEO: This was my Biggest Unlock</title>
<description>Most people are not failing because they lack talent. They are failing because they were taught to think too small.Somewhere along the way, ambition became something people felt like they needed to apologize for. We were told to be realistic, be content, and stop wanting more. I think that is completely backwards.I would not have built Bloom, helped grow it into a business doing over $600 million a year, or become the man I am today without setting goals that forced me to grow.In this video, I break down the six biggest lessons that have shaped the way I set goals and actually follow through on them.We talk about why you should not feel guilty for wanting more, how to separate who you are today from who you are becoming, why goals are not finish lines, and why announcing your goals can create the accountability you need to actually achieve them.I also share how I think about vision boards, measurable goals, and the smaller goals that eventually lead to something much bigger.I did not start Bloom by saying I was going to beat Monster or Red Bull. I started by seeing an opportunity in the pre-workout space that I thought we could take advantage of. That small goal led to the next one, and over time, those goals became much bigger. That is how this works. You do not need to wake up tomorrow and build a $100 million company. You need to set the next goal that moves you forward, accomplish it, and keep raising the standard. If you are an entrepreneur, creator, or someone who knows they are capable of more, this video is for you.My goal with this channel is simple: pass down everything I am learning to the next generation of entrepreneurs.Subscribe for new videos every week.00:00 Why Goals Matter00:36 Stop Feeling Guilty for Wanting More01:38 Be Proud of Who You Are Becoming02:41 Goals Are Not Finish Lines03:20 Announce Your Goals04:10 Vision Boards vs. Measurable Goals04:53 Start With Smaller Goals05:46 Go After Your Moonshot#Entrepreneurship #GoalSetting #Business #Mindset #SelfDevelopment #Bloom

      <title>What a $1B CEO Actually Does in a Day</title>
<description>Most people think business growth needs to feel exciting every day.It doesn’t.A real generational run is usually built in the boring reps: 0.7% better this week, one more product launch, one more smart distribution decision, one more year of locking in when nobody else can see it yet.In this video, I’m taking you inside a day running Bloom from early workouts and major partner meetings to the real operator conversations behind scaling a brand. We get into what progress actually looks like, why product accessibility matters, how we’re thinking about TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, innovation, long-term distribution, and the relationship sacrifices that come with going all-in on a serious venture. If you’re building a business, growing a brand, trying to scale e-commerce, or just figuring out how to stay locked in when the results are still invisible this is for you.The biggest lesson: stop chasing the flashy short-term win at the expense of the thing that will still matter ten years from now. Follow along here: https://www.instagram.com/greglav/This is business strategy for founders, entrepreneurs, brand builders, ecommerce operators, consumer packaged goods founders, and anyone chasing real long-term growth. We cover how to compound small gains, scale retail distribution, grow on TikTok Shop, increase average order value with bundles, launch new products, build creator communities, and think like an operator instead of chasing quick validation. My name is Greg Lav. I’m the CEO and co-founder of Bloom. This channel is about building businesses, learning the hard lessons faster, and passing the baton to the next generation of entrepreneurs.Subscribe if you’re on your own generational run.Chapters00:00 The Truth About a Generational Run00:40 Why Your Five-Mile Radius Is Holding You Back01:22 How Bloom Scaled to 50,000 Retail Doors03:20 The Distribution Lesson Most Brands Miss05:14 Buying Back Time as a Founder06:24 Why 0.7% Growth Is a Massive Win10:33 The Best Time to Take a Big Brand Risk11:36 How We Sold 1 Million Units on TikTok Shop13:05 The TikTok Shop Playbook: Launches, Bundles and AOV18:00 Why We’re Betting on Real Creators Over AI Content21:12 What Going All-In Does to Your Relationships25:36 Short-Term Wins vs. the Shelf Space That Lasts

      <title>Two generations of TikTok Millionaires</title>
<description>I sat down with Alankar, CEO/Co-founder of BASED, and this conversation was packed with real insight on what it actually takes to build a brand that matters. We got into how BASED started as a side project, the early mistakes of building a product as complete rookies, why community beats shortcuts, and how branding, positioning, and focus can make or break a company. Alankar also broke down the importance of choosing the right brand name, building with long-term thinking, navigating growth without letting ego get in the way, and what it looks like to lead a fast-growing company in your 20s.This episode also dives into entrepreneurship, product development, team building, fatherhood, discipline, marketing strategy, supply chain problems, consumer expectations, and the mindset required to build something huge without relying on hacks or gimmicks. If you’re interested in business, brand building, or the intersection of retail and digital influence, this one gives a practical look at how decisions actually get made.CEO and Co-Founder of Bloom — one of the fastest-growing wellness brands redefining supplements, energy drinks, and functional beverages.
