Mike and Dave begin by talking about David's early years and childhood, and how his father was involved in his life from an early age. He recalls how his father provided the loan to help him launch his franchise of Kawasaki and how he grew the business business inside of his home town of Peterborough.

Mike goes on to reminisce how he and Dave met over 30 years ago when they were both doing physical training in a gym and how their friendship blossomed. Dave talks about his motivation for wanting to set up his own business and his strong work ethic behind it. He discusses the importance of customer service and how having that high service can propel the growth of any business.

Dom is a fitness entrepreneur and lifestyle coach and will be talking all about his unique understanding of health, diet and of course exercise.
