Gifted with ADHD is the podcast for you if you’ve ever struggled with how ADHD has shaped how you see yourself, your confidence, your sense of purpose, or your ability to fulfil your potential.

This space is here to offer fresh insight, compassion, and practical tools you can actually use. Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or a deeper sense of self, you’ll find new perspectives, meaningful reflections, and those lightbulb moments where things finally click.

This podcast explores adult ADHD through a strengths-based approach, alongside a big-picture spiritual understanding of life, recognising the remarkable capacity, creativity, and gifts of the ADHD brain.

Hosted by a UK-based, Certified ADHD coach, each episode shares coaching tools and grounded perspectives that support a more meaningful, purpose-led life, without the fluff. It’s a down-to-earth approach designed to help calm your nervous system, break free from limiting identities, and reconnect with who you truly are beneath the noise.

This is about living lighter.

More freely.

And finally feeling at home in your own mind.

How To Live in the Moment and Stop Chasing Happiness!

Get in touch to see how I can help you!

https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/

Have you ever felt like you will only ever be happy once you have achieved something? Maybe it's getting a new job, buying an expensive course, FINALLY quitting a bad habit. What if you could be happy now, and not rely on the goals that you set yourself? In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet unpacks this harmful way of thinking, and encourages us to embrace our current selves and to live in the moment!

HOST BIO
Juliet was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50, after a lifetime of believing she was fundamentally flawed—without realising there was a biological explanation behind her struggles. Years of executive dysfunction, perimenopause, and rising anxiety had left her overwhelmed and questioning her own potential. Her diagnosis marked a turning point. She immersed herself in understanding ADHD and, in doing so, discovered something even more transformative: a spiritual perspective on what it means to be human.

Through this lens, Juliet was able to release limiting identities shaped by five decades of misunderstanding herself. She learned how to navigate emotions—like anxiety—with greater ease. She has two-years training in counselling and now has an established coaching practice supporting adults. Blending practical strategies with grounded spirituality, Juliet helps her clients find clarity, inner peace, and the confidence to live their life with purpose to reach their full potential and thrive with ADHD.

Motherhood and ADHD - Why Mums Should Put Themselves First

Get in touch to see how I can help you!
https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/

In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet talks with Marie Arymar, coach, author and host of Precarious Parenting. They discuss all things motherhood and ADHD, from behaviour management to organisation. Most mothers NEVER put themselves first, this episode explores the idea of investing time and patience into yourself, helping you realise that you ARE enough, and that you are a good parent.

MARIE BIO:

Most of the mums I work with are holding everything together on the outside — and quietly unravelling on the inside. Most of the young people I work with feel like no one really gets them.

My work is simple, but it's not always easy to hear: you're more okay than you think. And so are your kids.

As a Clarity® Coach, I work one-to-one online with mums and young people (from age 9 upwards). I don't give advice or fix problems. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help people find their way back to what they already know — because the answers are usually already there, buried under the noise.

I'm also the author of Do You Want To Know A Secret? — a short, illustrated book about inbuilt resilience, for ages 8 to adult. Available on Amazon.

I'm the host of Precarious Parenting — a podcast of honest, real stories from real people. Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon.

Plus I'm the creator of Us, In Our Words — a recorded conversation that captures the love, laughter and stories between two people. A keepsake, for keeps.

The RAIN Technique - How To Calm Yourself Down When Feeling Overwhelmed

Get in touch to see how I can help you!
https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/

In this episodeof Gifted With ADHD. Juliet introduces us to the RAIN technique, a useful tool that you can use to calm yourself down when feeling overwhelmed. This technique enables you to reconnect with your body by tapping into your senses, and practicing it often will allow you to centralise yourself if you feel that you are slipping into a spiral of chaotic thought!

Addiction, Spirituality and ADHD - Breaking through Alcoholism with Hamish Niven

Get in touch to see how I can help you!
https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/

In this episode of Gifted with ADHD, Juliet talks with Hamish Niven, Host of The Brave Man Project podcast and thought coach. They discuss Hamish's crippling addiction, which resulted in total burnout, and his prevailing recovery and soul-searching through spirituality. Have you ever felt that ADHD is sending you into a negative spiral? This podcast will inspire you to seek help.

About Hamish:

Hamish Niven spent twenty-five years filming and photographing other people's lives whilst avoiding his own. Professional, reliable, creative - the man who always showed up. Yet all a performance. When addiction brought him down, he didn't find recovery. He found the man buried alive by his own competence.

Provocative and deeply honest, The Brave Man Project is for men who know that behind "I'm fine," something is quietly falling apart. The strategies that build an empire are often the ones that bury the man who built it. Every conversation cuts past the story into the emotions underneath - because when another man names the feelings you've never said out loud, you realise you're not alone. If he got out, so can you. These are the conversations no one else is having with you.

Overcoming Overwhelm, Anxiety and Depression With Missy Maiorano

Get in touch to see how I can help you!
https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/

In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet talks with Missy Maiorano, certified change coach, about all things overwhelm. They explore anxiety, depression and even touch on the spiritual. If you've ever suffered from an overactive mind, this episode will give you some tips into unpacking and liberating your mind.

GUEST BIO:

Hi! My name is Missy Maiorano and I am a Certified Change Coach with a passion for helping people who suffer with chronic or acute physical symptoms as well as issues with anxiety, depression, or overwhelm. I was drawn to coaching after a lengthy season of suffering with chronic hives and idiopathic angioedema, along with extreme anxiety, panic, and depression. Before becoming certified myself, I sought advice from more traditional therapists than I can count. Thankfully, I just sort-of “fell into” a whole new understanding of life that opened my eyes and my heart to something so much deeper. Today, I coach full-time from this deeper and MUCH lighter understanding of who we are and how Life unfolds. My work with clients and groups is more of an “unlearning” and an “uncovering.” Together, we see what is stable, timeless, and innate beneath the veils of cultural conditioning and learned concepts. The experience of Life

becomes freer, lighter, and much more expansive.

Why Your Brain Feels Out of Control (and Why You’re Not)

Get in touch to see how I can help you!
https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/

In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet explores why our brains can feel out of control. Do you ever get stuck in negative spirals of thought? These feelings can be triggered by the environment, or by external stimulation such as the news. Our brains crave the dopamine rush that comes with being stimulated, so it can be easy to slip into these spirals. In this episode Juliet provides strategies that you can set up to help yourself. First by identifying when these thoughts are happening, and then by prompting yourself to snap out of them!

They talk about ADHD in the workplace and why you should feel comfortable and safe asking for additional support. They also explore why we are more likely to mask at work, and how RSD can overwhelm our minds. This episode is a must listen if you've ever not felt "psychologically safe" at work!

Tina Squire is an advanced certified ADHD coach (ACCG & PCC) and the founder of Adeptina. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in HR and operations, combined with her own late diagnosis in her 40s, Tina bridges the gap between corporate demands and neurodivergent realities. She specialises in helping professionals who are "successful on the outside but quietly unravelling on the inside" to stop masking and start thriving.

In this episode of the Gifted With ADHD podcast. Juliet talks with Sam Goldfinch. Coach, podcaster, writer and founder of Rebel Spirituality. They talk all things mental health, addiction and negative self talk, so if you have experience with any of these things, you're bound to find something useful in this episode!

Rebel Spirituality - https://www.rebelspirituality.com/

ABOUT SAM

I spent 15 years doing the 'cliche' spirituality thing. I trained to be a yoga teacher, travelled to India to listen to wise beings and meditated for hours a day. But the truth is, I was still seeking. Still experiencing a deep sense of lack and looking outside of myself and to others for the answers. In truth, I was on a mission to cleanse myself of the deep anxiety I had lived with since I was a young child. In doing so, I became addicted to anything I thought could save me; from alcohol, to recreational drugs, to deep spiritual practice. Then a few years ago I was touched by a simple yet deeply profound understanding that changed my life forever. Suddenly, I was no longer afraid of my anxiety. It wasn't a 'problem' and most importantly, I saw it truly wasn't my identity.Since then, I have entered a world of beautiful feeling I had had no idea existed, and I would love for you to experience the same. Wherever you are, and however long you've been searching, your rebel spirit is still right under your nose, waiting to be uncovered.Wisdom doesn't follow rules, and it's time for you to break some.Let's go, rebel!

In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet explores Dr William Dodson's statement on ADHD "Executive function deficit theory is nonsence". Dodson's theory reframes the idea that ADHD is a deficit of attention, highlighting that ADHDers have almost unlimited focus when the brain is motivated and stimulated properly.

What causes MASKING in ADHD people? - Feeling suppression and Internalisation!

Explore our website, community and coaching here! - https://linktr.ee/giftedwithadhd

In this episode, Juliet talks about feelings and the idea that all feelings are safe! A lot of the time, we are conditioned to believe that some feelings, such as sadness or anger, are wrong. This can lead people with ADHD to hide their feelings, which become internalised and suppressed. This results in masking, depression or self-soothing techniques such as addiciton. Juliet unpacks the idea that ALL feelings are safe, and gives you some tips to unlearn your negative habits.
