    <title>Enough "is" Enough - With Denise Robinson</title>
    <language>en</language>
    <copyright>Enough is Enough 2024</copyright>
<description>Denise Robinson is a personal development advocate and hopes to help many by sharing
true life stories on her podcast. When is Enough Enough?

How will you know when it’s time to escape unhealthy patterns, friendships or situations and
reclaim your power and freedom? How can you survive adversity or heartbreak and hold
onto your hope and positivity? While there’s no such thing as the perfect life, you can create
a life that’s perfect for you.

With a focus on empowerment and personal development, and through interviews
with guest experts, author and entrepreneur Denise Robinson draws upon her life’s journey
and experiences to inspire others to know when enough is enough. It’s Denise’s dream to
help others to make the most of every moment of their lives, instead of being held back by a
lack of self-belief and self-love.
Learn how to love and accept yourself as you are. Let your intuition guide you to
achieve your wildest dreams. Join Denise as she explores the secrets to a happy, healthy,
independent life filled with passion, meaning, and drive.

MEET DENISE
When Northern Irish entrepreneur and ex-model Denise Robinson found herself at an all-
time low after surviving two toxic marriages and a toxic long-term relationship, she decided
to relocate to Dublin at the age of 48. With her little black cocker spaniel, Zara, she moved to
a little apartment in Dún Laoghaire and built a social media platform sharing honestly about
her new life in the capital and her dating adventures and misadventures. Her witty, warm,
relatable content gained her a huge following and opened up a world of opportunities. As
well as forming many lasting friendships in the city she now calls home, she traveled widely
for work and for pleasure, fell in and out of love, appeared on First Dates Ireland, and
hosted a speed-dating event that set a new Guinness World Record. Whilst working full-
time in pharmaceutical packaging and print sales, she wrote and published her first book,

Still Standing: From the Shores of Belfast to the Lights of Dublin, a personal development
memoir aimed at empowering others to reach their full potential at any age.

      <title>S2E2 - Girl Talk</title>
<description>Join me as I chat all things single with my friend and former neighbour, Susan. Susan and I share some of the highs and lows of our single adventures, in a positive, light-hearted chat which I hope will inspire others to look at how they view their single status. From countering negative social norms, to building a fun and fabulous single life, we discuss how we learned to love the life we have, while still keeping the door open for connection. Of course, it’s not always fun – we discuss being stood up, left with the bill, and other dating disasters – but we share how the mishaps along the way have helped us develop a more savvy, boundaried approach to dating, and how good friendships have always gotten us through! If you’re fed up hearing that single means miserable or desperate (or even if you are feeling a little bit miserable and desperate!) come join us as we shift the narrative on flying solo.

      <title>S1E1 - Welcome to the Dee &amp; Rhona Show</title>
<description>Dee and Rhona are businesswomen and authors in their 50s who have escaped toxic relationships, reclaimed their freedom, and transformed their lives in surprising ways. As kindred spirits with similar life experiences, the wee Nordy and the true Dubliner hit it off from the moment they met. In their podcast, Enough is Enough, they dish about the heartbreak and hilarity of real life, and dive into all your favourite topics: sex and dating, why we stay in unhealthy relationships, breaking free from the past, learning to love ourselves, and much more!

Rhona Cullinan is a makeup artist and the author of Look Good Feel Good, published by the Irish Academy of Beauty. She is the proud mum of three amazing kids with special needs (two have autism, and one has Down’s syndrome).
Ex-model Denise Robinson works in pharmaceutical packaging and print sales and is the author of Still Standing: From the Shores of Belfast to the Lights of Dublin, a personal development memoir. Join these inspirational women as they share their expertise, wisdom, and advice through honest and empowering conversations with each other and interviews with special guests. Come by for the fresh takes - and stay for the craic!</description>
