He earned his post graduate degree, from Imperial College Business School, London, UK. And he is currently a Doctoral Scholar at the S.P. Jain University, Australia, in the field of Behavioral Finance.

Apart from running his own ice cream business, in his 15-year-long career, Sudip has worked closely with product development teams at leading companies Food Processing companies such as Unilever, PepsiCo, Mondelez (Kraft), as well as the largest hospitality companies such as Taj (Indian Hotels), Starwood Marriot, Accor and many others.

The Namesake is directed by Mira Nair and is based on the novel of the same name by Jhumpa Lahiri. The movie released in 2006 tells the story of the Ganguli family, Ashoke (Irfan) and Ashima (Tabu) first-generation immigrants to the United States, and their American-born children Gogol (Kal Penn) and Sonia (Sahira Nair).

Neela Ingle is a retired professor who taught Civil Engineering at National Institute of Engineering, Raipur. Where one journey ended, another one began - Podcasting. She took to podcasting in 2020 by recording Marathi literary content both long and short form under the title, Vachu Anade. Neelaji has produced over 70 episodes. All of this at a young age of 76 years. She is also an avid traveller, trekker, yoga practitioner and a marathon runner.

He has co-authored three books for young women, namely Menstrupedia: Friendly guide to healthy periods, and two editions of She Can You Can: The A-Z Book of Iconic Indian Women.

Earlier this year he started a monthly newsletter called Boyish. It discusses how gender stereotypes affect boys in India and telling inspirational stories of Indian men who defied these stereotypes. Rajat is a loving dad to his two-year-old son.

Films are a great source of entertainment, especially Bollywood films. But sometimes you learn a thing or two about society and you can relate to the story or the characters in the film. Something similar happened to us when we watched HINDI MEDIUM where a couple from old Delhi, India aspire to give their daughter the best school education and do unimaginable things to get her there, even if it means stooping really low.
Peter and Nadir dissect the role of the parents in the film and the journey they go on to secure the admission of their only daughter.
