4th of July is a few days away and WWE NXT brought back The Great American Bash! This event will take place over 2 nights but tonight we recap part 1. Fatal 4-Way women's match kicked off the show as Tegan Nox cemented her spot as the number 1 contender for the NXT Women's Championship. Karrion Kross and Scarlett delivered a chilling video package. There was nowhere to run for Roderick Strong as he faced the intimidating Dexter Lumis in a Strap Match. Io Shirai defended her NXT yard as she sent Sasha and Bayley packing back to Raw with a little assist from the Empress of Tomorrow, Asuka. Next week the Bash continues as it all leads up to the Unification Match between North American Champion, Keith Lee and NXT Champion, Adam Cole (Baybay).

Charlotte Flair teamed up with a very game Chelsea Green defeated the team of Rhea Ripley and IO Shirai, when Charlotte pinned Shirai via leveraged pin. Also, Matt Riddle got put to sleep by Timothy Thatcher in a steel cage, with the Hall of famer Kurt Angle as the special referee!

Finn Balor Proves Once Again He’s “The Prince” - WWE NXT After Show

An action packed night of NXT action kicked off with “The Prince,” Finn Balor, winning a hard fought contest against Imperium member Fabian Aichener. Balor’s feud with Walter has hit a fever pitch, but Balor also has his eyes set on the Velveteen Dream. During a promo where Dream called Adam Cole one of the greatest NXT champions ever, Balor had no problem objecting. Also the NXT Interim Cruiserweight Championship tournament kicked off today with an exciting match in Group A. Akira Tozawa bested Isiah “Swerve” Scott to go 1-0 in the “Group Stage.”

Dakota Kai gets a spot in the Number One Contender’s Women’s Ladder match after defeating Shotzi Blackheart in that gauntlet match. Dexter Lumis made quick work of a debuting Jake Atlas, and Kushida won his match against Joaquin Wilde. Wilde, upset with is unimpressive win-loss record, was ABDUCTED backstage by a shadowy group for his troubles!

Undisputed Era and Gallus, the battle of the champions destroy each other with NXT UK and NXT battling it out. Mia Yim and Kayden Carter wrestle with a surprise attack by Chelsea Green. The main event match of the night is a 4-four way #1 Contender match with Dominick Djakovic, Keith Lee, Cameron Grimes, and Damian Priest with Keith Lee taking the reins and the win.

On October 3, 2005 WWE Raw returned to the USA Network. Since its first episode, WWE Raw has broadcast live from 203 different arenas in 169 cities and towns in ten different nations (the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Afghanistan in 2005, Iraq in 2006 and 2007, South Africa, Germany, Japan, Italy, and Mexico). As of the show's 1,000th episode, airing on July 23, 2012, Raw has become a three-hour broadcast from two hours, a format that had previously been reserved for special episodes. Natalie Marie Coyle (née Nelson; born September 19, 1984), known professionally as Natalie Eva Marie, is an American model, actress and professional wrestler currently signed with WWE under the ring name, Eva Marie.

In 2013, Coyle signed a contract with WWE, and was assigned to WWE's Performance Center in Tampa, Florida to begin her training. In July 2013, Nelson made her main roster debut, and later in the month would become the valet of The Bella Twins. In July 2013, Coyle began starring reality television series Total Divas as part of the main cast.
