<title>Giorgio Giove is STUBBORN about good pizza</title>
<description>Who better to welcome next than one of Staten Island's most passionate pizza makers, restaurateurs and defenders of authentic Italian food: Giorgio Giove?

In our latest episode, we wanted to find out how one man turned a love for pizza into a destination that has Staten Islanders arguing over which pie to order before they've even sat down.

Giorgio opens up about the journey behind Pizzeria Giove, the lessons he's learned through years in the restaurant business, his commitment to authentic Italian pizza making and his obsession with doing things the right way (even when the easy way would probably be less stressful.)

We talk about his views on food, family and tradition.

And he also, politely but firmly, explains why not every pizza deserves to be called "pizza."

Giorgio shares the passion, confidence and occasional stubbornness that have made him one of the borough's most respected pizza makers.

Oh, and he's also not a fan of Domino's.

It's another perfect example of what Rage Bait is all about: honest conversations, larger-than-life personalities and a chance to get to know the people behind some of Staten Island's biggest names.

      <title>Peter Macri is a REAL Italian</title>
<description>What does it really mean to be an "authentic Italian?" In the debut episode of&amp;nbsp;Rage Bait, we sit down with Peter Macri, owner of Panini Grill and Tutto Apposto, for a conversation filled with laughs, good-natured roasting, and plenty of Italian pride. We put Peter to the test by having him pronounce some of the most popular Italian dishes the way they're actually meant to be said, debate what Americans get wrong about Italian food, and uncover the shocking truth: he's never eaten at Olive Garden. It's a fun kickoff to the series that mixes food, culture, and friendly banter with one of Staten Island's most recognizable restaurateurs.
