]]> 911 call from ICE agent after hitting Houston man During Friday's press conference, Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare played an audio recording of portions of the 911 call ICE agent Mario Alberto Morales made seeking an ambulance for Miguel Parra Hernandez's injuries. “I tried to get around him and he hit my car,” Morales told the dispatcher. “He’s fine, he’s just complaining of the pain” As Parra Hernandez’s screams can be heard in the background, Morales told the dispatcher that he wanted to move the injured man to his government vehicle.
